One Word Coaching

mind map for setting personal life goals

We have all chosen the challenge of wrestling with one word this year. Hopefully your word has molded and shaped the lens through which you now see life. The journey is not over.

For me, my word has provided a lot of challenge for me. It has been hard to navigate through some mile markers in the process. I think it’s supposed to. Our words are supposed to wreck our perceptions, assumptions, and expectations to make room for redefining. The process is messy and hard.

Any process comes with the amenity of challenges that leave us feeling stuck. Not glamorous, but it’s reality. I want to help you get unstuck.

Coaching can help you navigate transition and pursue purpose. It provides a vital support system for change, empowering you to leverage every situation to build your capacity as a leader and as a person.

I want to help you get the most out of life, and gain wisdom and understanding in any area you desire to grow in. I want to empower you to get unstuck.

Change takes understanding and time. Coaching is not meant to be a quick fix, but a process of development. The process of change happens in the “in between.” It will most likely feel a little risky and uncomfortable—it’s supposed to. That is when you know change is actually happening. Sometimes you have to choose to commit to the hard process to get to your desired change.

I would love to chat more with you!

Where are you stuck?
