The truth is, you can’t just decide to be fearless one day. It isn’t one all-encompassing decision that will change your life. I’ve learned that being fearless is a choice you have to make each and every day.
This year has been amazing and hard. Full of exciting experiences and crushing losses. I’ve attended beautiful weddings and quiet funerals. I’ve ran on an empty interstate in San Diego and enjoyed the peacefulness of a snow-covered park. I’ve seen my words appear on a website I love and respect, and I’ve had my words rejected.
But in all that I have experienced this year, the most important thing I’ve learned is to be myself.
